Questions resellers ask us
Can everyone see my prices and stock?
Only if you choose. For each item you decide whether it's on the network at all, whether the price and quantity are shown, and whether it's visible in your state only, selected states, or all of India. Items without a visible price show “Request price”.
Do I need to retype my distributor price lists?
No. Upload the Excel, PDF or a photo and MyITNet reads it. You confirm the price column and whether it includes GST, review the rows, and import. MyITNet remembers each distributor's layout, so the next list from them is even quicker.
How does GST work?
MyITNet looks for GST clues in the list — headings, notes and the gap between price columns — and always asks you to confirm. Prices are then shown on the network the way you confirmed them (incl. GST or + GST), with the other figure alongside so buyers can compare fairly.
What if my list only has part numbers?
MyITNet fills in the product name, category, key specs and a short summary from the part number. These are marked “AI summary – verify” everywhere they appear, and you can correct them any time.
Who can join?
IT resellers, system integrators and distributors with a registered business. Every organisation is verified by our team before it goes live on the network. We're starting with Rajasthan; other states are coming soon.
What happens after the free trial?
You get six months free from the day you join. Before it ends we'll talk to you about the plan that fits your business — nothing is charged automatically.
Is this an accounting or billing software?
No — MyITNet focuses on your stock, the network and inquiries. Keep using your existing accounting software for invoices and GST returns.
