MyITNet (“we”, “us”) is a product of Sparktech Ventures LLP, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use myitnet.in and app.myitnet.in (the “Service”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Information we collect
- Account and business details you give us when you register: your name, email address, phone number, business name, GSTIN, address, city and state.
- Business content you add to the Service: inventory, price lists you upload, prices, quantities, listings, inquiries, quotes and messages with other organisations.
- Usage and technical data: log-in times, pages used, device and browser information, and IP address, used to keep the Service secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: show your listings to the organisations you choose, deliver inquiries and replies, and run features such as auto-replies and insights.
- To verify organisations before they join the network.
- To read price lists you upload. Uploaded files may be processed by an AI service provider solely to extract product rows and fill in product details; dealer prices are never used for any other purpose.
- To contact you about your account, your trial and the Service.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
3. What other users can see
Your organisation's name and city are shown with everything you list on the network. Prices, quantities and the states where an item is visible are controlled by you, item by item. Messages and quotes are visible only to the organisations in that conversation. Product details (names and specifications) you add may become part of the shared product catalog used by all members; your prices and stock levels do not.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, file storage, email and AI processing), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Uploaded price-list files are deleted 90 days after an import is completed. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, but no system is completely secure; please keep your password private.
6. Your rights
You can access and correct your account details in the Service, and ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by writing to us. We may keep some records where the law requires it.
7. Cookies
The Service uses a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the Service.
